They were found after some time and taken to a kill shelter. Merlins buddy got adopted from the shelter, but no one wanted Merlin because he had what looked like injuries to his pays. Merlin all alone again and hurt had no option but Westside. We were told he had foxtails embedded in his paws so he went right to the vet hospital, we had no idea it was so bad until they started removing them. Merlin should be feeling better soon but with so many foxtails it is even hard to know if there aren’t more deeper inside. Only time and vet care will be able to help Merlin.
