MINOR RESHUFFLE IN JK JUDICIARY 2 senior most judges get Super Time scale, 9 Judicial officers transferred Jammu, Nov 27: In a minor reshuffling, the Chief Justice has transferred 9 Judicial officers. The Chief Justice MM Kumar also gave orders as per which two senior most judges of Subordinate Judiciary got Super Time scale and three were given selection grade. The orders were given by the Chief Justice MM Kumar in the full Court meeting held yesterday. According to the order issued by Registrar General, Suresh Kumar, Rakesh Kumar Sagar Jain presently Principal Sessions Judge, Jammu, and Ashok Kumar Koul, who are in Selection grade, have been placed in the Super Time Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Services i.e.70290-14540- 76450. According to another order, Bala Joyti, Subash Chander Gupta and Sujhat Ali Khan, District and Sessions Judges have been placed in the selection grade of J&K Higher Judicial Services i.e. 57700-1230-58930-1380-67210-1540-70290. The Chief Justice has also ordered that Naushad Ahmad Khan, Sub-Judge/Special Mobile Magistarte, Poonch, and Sunil Sangra Sub-Judge/ Special Mobile Magistrate, Kathua, will swap their respective place of posting. Noor Mohd Mir, Munsiff Gurez, have been transferred and posted as Munsiff, Bandipora, Fozia Paul 1`st Addl Munsiff Srinagar, and Tabassum Qadir Parray, Munsiff Choodra, have been directed to swap their places. Swati Gupta, Munsiff Magistarte Billawar, has been transferred and posted as Munsiff Magistrate under 13th Finance Commission Samba, Sudesh Sharma Munsiff Majalta, has been transferred and posted as Munsiff Kathua, whereas Munsiff Kathua Renu Dogra has been transferred and posted as Munsiff Majalta, Parvin Pandoh, Munsiff 13th Finance Commission, Samba, has been transferred and posted as Munsiff Jammu, Sunshil Singh, Munsiff Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Munsiff 13th Finance Commission, Billawar, and Slahudin Ahmed, Forest Magistrate, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Munsiff, Mahore, whereas Munsiff Mahore, Ramesh Lal has been transferred and posted as Forest Magistrate Jammu.
