MKD here---First things 1st---mailed out 5 autographed photos yesterday, 1st class--2 to England, 3 here stateside. let me know if they arrive o.k. in good shape? (the Internatl money orders worked just fine) no, didnt run off with any NYY baseball players---ones I like (Ichiro suzuki) are md---I dont play with other peoples possessions. Plus, they are all younger than KD--- What a great game we got to see on Sat--so much caring, loyalty, support---we wont see the likes of Jeter again in our lifetimes. Whatever his folks used to raise him--should be bottled, pckgd, sold---force fed down some parents throats. I had my Nathans footlong with everything--, a beer in a souvenir cup---of course. Sunday we ended up at the Little Italy Festival---wow---block after block---and a fabulous meal at Cafe Napoli. Hate to make you drool on your keyboards, but--I topped off mine with a dbl choclolate canolli / choc dipped strawberries---KDs younger sis---spumoni with the trimmings. We shouldve pushed her NYY blue Mustang back to NC to work all that off. According to what I was told by a few folks here,Amy was in.the hospital due to injuries due to a car accident. No mention of the little ones being with her---thank you, Creator--- No other details -- they seemed to have kept her, which hospitals dont do these days if they can help it. With little kids at home, anxious about Mommy---definite prayers all will be well, no permanent results, physical/ emotional. Think thats it for right now. group hug to all.
