MSCPA seizes 69 dogs in Westminster Sentinel & Enterprise Updated: 01/05/2015 06:06:56 PM EST0 Comments By Anna Burgess aburgess@sentinelandenterprise WESTMINSTER -- A local kennel was raided by the MSPCA Monday, resulting in animal control taking 69 dogs into custody. The MSPCA and local animal control officer Mark Ransom seized the dogs from 21 Harrington Rd., where they were being kept in cages outside. I suspect that these dogs were all being bred for sale. As for how the MSPCA heard about the Harrington Road kennel, Halpin said, Most of the tips we receive are tips from the public, but added that he wasnt sure if that was what happened here.
