MSU-iiT NatL Co-op Pakigsayud, year 2014 March has been out for everyone Peace. MSU-iiT National Co-operative Pakigsayud, information bulletin, complete Journal of 104 pages for the 36th Annnual General Assembly, or the 5th Annual Representative Assembly on Sunday March 16, 2014 held in iLigan City, Lanao Norte MSU-iiT Gym has been available for all the members and the general public has been made available on the internet since last Wed Mar 12, 2014. The Pakigsayud initially came out every month, then quarterly, and eventually twice a year. The publication were distributed to some key offices and individuals and leaders in iLigan City and in the assemblies of co-operative unions and federations, at local, regional, and national levels; as well as with as many other co-operative leaders in the Country. This internet copy could be another first in the Philippine Co-operative Movement for the Mindanao State University - iLigan institute of Technology National MuLti-Purpose Co-operative founded since the year 1978. The present MSU-iiT NMPC that had its initial campain poster in June 1976 could traced its beginning in 1974 from the Dumaguete City Redemptorists Perpetual Help Community Co-operative, inc. (PHCCi-Dumaguete); and where the MSU-iiT Co-op pioneer leaders and trainors called “The Lucky 13” headed then by Prof EDNA Elizaga ABERiLLA (First Chair, C.D.A., 1990-1996), as facilitated then by Roberto A.U. Dangkulos, had to go Dumaguete City Don Bosco Animation Center for an eight day Trainors Training and Develop the First Two-year “Strategic Planning” under the guidance of PHCCi-Dgte and NEORUNCO Leaders Mr Edilberto B. Lantaca, Jr., Mr Floro Cañete, and Miss Flora Duran on December 4 to 11, 1979. This Dumaguete Training was under a grant and co-financing by the MSU-iLigan institute of Technology School Administration. For the last 36 years, MSU-iiT NMPC could be the only Co-operative in the country holding twice a year General Assembly with a Mid-Year General Assembly; and with increasing membership holding now a CLuster Assemblies for the Branches for the Mid-Year General Assembly. With some objections, it is now passed by the 5th Annual Representative Assembly last Sunday March 16, 2014 to have the Cluster Assemblies to serve for the “Annual General Assembly”, as once a year; and no more that of the Annual Representative Assembly (ARA). The CLuster Assemblies or the Mid-Year Assemblies in addition to the Annual General Assemblies or the now Annual Representative Assemblies must have been regularly updating the membership of the financial standing and operations of the Co-op much better than the common among other Co-operatives Annual General Assemblies.
