MU7 SHOOTS REGIONAL DICTATORS OUT OF POWER:WHY? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ They are DICTATORS! 1) Gen. Tito Okello father to Okello Oryem. By proxy Okello had helped Museveni overthrow Dr.Obote father to MP.Jimmy Akena. While the Tanzanian army and Nyerere overthrew Gen. Amin in his narrative, Museveni wishes he was the one who over threw dictator Amin Dada. So in 1985 effectively Museveni abandoned the Nairobi Peace talks after 5 years in the jungles of Luwero and bombed Okello out of Kampala which sparked off the 23 year Northern War. By the way in 1989 Museveni tried to provoke a war with Arap Moi then of Nairobi but in his calculations this was going to be a still birth of hyper ambition. But the Nairobi Peace Talks could have saved Uganda from the economic and human hemorrhage of the 23 Northern War. Only Museveni knows why he abandoned the Nairobi Peace Talks to date. 2) Gen.Javenal Habyarimana was also shot out of the skies in 1994 with President Ntyaramira of Burundi sparking off the Rwanda genocide after 4 years of war sponsored by Gen.Museveni. Javenal had been in power in Kigali for more than 19 years and Museveni consumed by mission of purpose felt he was marked for deletion. 3) Marshal Mobutu Sese Seko Kuku wa Zabanga was also bombed out of Kinshasa by UPDF/RPA in 1996 because he was a dictator who had spent 32 years in power plundering Congo. Museveni is now 3 years shy of Mobutus 32 years. Forget Zaire is the size of Western Europe unlike poor Uganda. 4) In 1998, Gen.Museveni disagrees with DRC Preaident Desire Kabila and attempted to bomb him out of his palace until the big man was saved by Zombabwean & Angolan Presidents sending crack units that de-appetized Museveni distaste for Dictators. Desire was shot and killed in his palace and replaced by the son another 6 months war General Joseph Kabila. While Gen.Museveni has bombed dictators out of power effectively turning it into his job for years; he is competing with Mobitu for the prize together with Zimbabwean Robert Gabriel Mugabe for over staying their welcome.
