MY RESPONSE TO POLICE STATEMENT ON KAYIHURA TAPES --------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have just read the statement of the police spokesperson, and I have only one thing to say, and that is that there is a difference between investigating crime by police and a police chief engaging in political party wrangles and clearly supporting one political leader and de-campaigning another.THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE AND CROSSING THE RED LINE, AND KAYIHURA SHOULD JUST DROP HIS UNIFORM , RESIGN FROM ARMED SERVICES AND COMPETE FOR A POST IN NRM.HIS CONTINUED STAY AS IGP,IS ONLY POSSIBLE BECAUSE WE HAVE A FAILED STATE
