Madali na ang barangay elections, kaya asahan na an pagdakul kan kasong kaparehas kaini. Report on Harassment (Election Related) Incident Victim/Complainant: Incumbent Punong Brgy. Caridad Coprada y Ceneta, 50 yrs. old, married, and a resident Brgy. Bulang, Malinao, Albay. Suspect: Nestor Garcia, of legal age, also resident of same place. Brief Narrative of Incident: While the victim and her group was campaigning for the forthcoming Brgy. Election, the suspect called her attention in a loud voice prompting the victim to go closer with the suspect. As the victim was closer with the suspect, the latter without apparent reason whatsoever uttered her with invective words, hit her by a flash light with electric stunner and pressed it firmly on her left palm causing her fear and distress. Furthermore, while the victim was sitting in there, the suspect’s bare hands pressed downward the victim’s crossed legs. Thereupon, victim and her group simply left the place without any resistance. As they were leaving, the suspect again uttered threatening words in Bicol dialect, “ MAGBURUBWELTA KAMONG MGA HAYOP KAMO “ (COME BACK HERE AGAIN ANIMALS!)
