Maintenance Tech Wanted (Apt Communities) Description: We are a young and hip real estate company with locations in the New Port Richey area. This Maintenance Tech would be in charge of several of the maintenance needs for our corporate location. This is would require you to be responsible for anywhere between picking up trash to putting in a water heater. Were looking for someone who is a hard worker, is organized, and takes direction well. Also, able to work independently and has good verbal communications skills.
