Major anxiety attack!! Dreamed about one of my phobia topics and then I woke up full of adrenaline at 6:20 a.m. Yesterday being Thanksgiving, theres this school of thought where everything that comes along is a blessing and were supposed to be grateful for everything because we can learn some lesson from it. Im sorry to disagree with these self-help gurus, who all got rich writing books about stuff they made up while smoking crack. If we are supposed to spend our entire lives learning from every slap in the face and kick in the ass that we get, yet we are created in Gods image, then why are we born so damned ignorant that were stuck in a school 24 hours a day. If God is perfect, rather than get a score card on what I learn from all of the crap I was subjected to in life, I would rather get a nice little card written in gold calligraphy that says sorry I let that happen to you yesterday. We try our best to protect you, but things got a little too crazy here at the office around that time.
