Making a cheese and herb casserole today. We should have enough leftovers for the rest of the week now. In other news, while not eating dairy (I have been lactose intolerant for a while longer than being vegetarian) I have added eggs back in for the protein. Pretty much just one egg at breakfast. Yes Pamela I know it has cholesterol and fat. However considering that Tucson General had to keep waking me every couple of hours because my BP and RHR drop so low (and pretty low when I am awake anyway). I am good.
