Making a spicy oil for the turkey skin. This makes the skin crispy and spicy. You can also use it on other things.... like french bread, salads, pasta.... It gives flavor with a little heat to it. Ingredients: Olive oil, canola oil, bay leaves, dried chili peppers, peeled fresh garlic. Put together in a pan and heat at 180 for 5 to 7 minutes then let it cool down. Pour in a jar and save in fridge or get dispensing bottles. From me in Kenner to you on fb... Have a great Thanksgiving.
