MamaFit Move of the Week: Cardio Boost - Fast Step Ups (2 of 4) Take the same height step used in last weeks move. Stand facing the step and using your right foot step up with your left following. Step down with your right foot as soon as your left has met the step. Follow with your left foot to meet the right; repeat. Speed up tempo when move is comfortable. 30 seconds each side for heart rate boost.
