Many Time Warner Cable internet customers in the Capital Region have been unable to access our site since last week. On Friday, our tech team pinpointed the cause of the problem, and we notified Time Warner Cable, which was able to confirm the issue on some of their servers. Until Time Warner resolves this problem, their local customers may have difficulty accessing not only our site but many others. We are told they are working on a fix and will let you know as soon as full access is restored. -- Trudi
