Many people struggle with underestimating tasks, not adequately preparing for what they want to accomplish and falling short because of it. I struggle with overestimating tasks, spending so much time assessing and preparing for them that I end up becoming paralyzed by the size of the job and procrastinating endlessly. And almost without exception, when Im done, I think That was way easier than I expected. Anyone else have this problem?
