*Many residents of a St.Louis suburb are outraged and demanding answers after an unarmed black teenager , yes another one , was fatally shoot by police over the weekend. Ferguson Missouri is a working to middle class suburb that is about 67% African American. This is not The Inner City, as some may have assumed, not wealthy and not on the brink of poverty. The suburb has been changing over the last 20 to 30 years from majority whites to majority black place , but the police force has remained majority white. The question is , how can we as mandated tax payers, paying the salaries of these public servants ensure that this pattern of behavior is properly addressed and rectified . Not just in Ferguson but across the nation. I believe every police force should adequately reflect the racial composition of the community they serve , maybe thats a good concept to start. After all you have to ask yourself , what type of police office or human being would leave this young man lying dead in the street for 4 hours! God bless the family of Michael Brown & the many residents of Ferguson Missouri.*
