BIGGEST HOSPITAL COVER UP EVER. 2. I admitted an old lady in Room 322 , on the third floor of Sutter-Solano Medical Center , formerly Vallejo General Hospital. 3. The next day, Dr. R.S.B. a California-licensed physician started seeing or examining my patient without talking to me. 4. How did Dr. R.S.B. get into the case ? 5. Dr. R.S.B. dictated a Medical consultation stating that Dr. Lino Dial asked him to see the old woman in consultation. 6. Dr. R.S.B. told a. Lie , Deceit , Falsehood and Falsification through his Lying lips and Deceitful tongue because I Never Asked him to see or examine my patient. 7. I complained to the Hospital and Medical Staff about the False , Fake , Fraudulent Medical consultation performed by Dr. R.S.B. 8. Dr. R.S.B. wrote to the Hospital Chief of Staff that Dr. Lino Dial Did Not Ask Him to see the poor old woman. Dr. R.S.B. also declared in his letter that he Will Not Send a bill or charges to the patient. 9. When Dr. R.S.B. said He Will Not Send a bill , He Lied Again because He Had Already S E N T The bill or charges for His unsolicited , unwanted medical services to the patient. The patient a l r e a d y received the bill. Copy of these documents were submitted to the California Medical Board and Dept. Of Justice. 10. Hospital and Doctors covered this up because : It is V e r y W r o n g , So Shameful , Horrible , Disgusting , Despicable , Disgraceful , Deplorable , Repulsive , Repugnant , Loathsome , So Bad.
