Maria Bauer Melinn, as a responsible parent and domestic violence abuse survivor, immediately acted upon Child Protective Services recommendation that she not return her son to the legally custodial parent Blake Melinn, due to serious concerns that were thoroughly documented and vetted by CPS for child endangerment, in addition to an acknowledged history of suicide of a sibling, while under the care of his legally custodial parent and grandparents. Maria Bauer Melinn was also chastised by CPS that if she did return her son to Blake Melinn and something happened to him, she could also be held legally responsible. For acting in what is obviously THE BEST INTERESTS OF HER CHILD ~ WHICH JUDGE KEVIN CRONIN HAS CONSISTENTLY FAILED TO SEE THROUGHOUT HIS INVOLVEMENT IN THIS CUSTODY ISSUE ~ SHE IS FACING A JAIL SENTENCE ~ END THE INSANITY OF FAMILY COURTS AWARDING CUSTODY TO ABUSIVE PARENTS ~ LIKE THIS ONE ~ THERE ARE FAR TOO MANY OF THESE CASES HAPPENING ACROSS THE COUNTRY
