Mark Tilling, Master Chocolatier and Ambassador of Squires Kitchen International School recently visited ‘Dom Konditera’ in Moscow to share his skills with students in two 3-day classes. Mark and his students produced some beautiful chocolate Easter eggs and stunning three-tier chocolate wedding cakes, some of which are now on display in coffee shops and bakeries for others to enjoy – what do you think of them? The students had a fantastic time and are mastering their new skills to create their own works of art. The next SKIS ambassador courses in Moscow will be with Ceri DD Griffiths and Naomi Yamamoto.
