Massive Security Breach and Scam Alert After all of the high-profile data breaches from Target, Adobe, Michaels, and other large businesses, you would think there were no places left for hackers to hit. Unfortunately, that isnt the case. Auction site and global retailer eBay is the latest major American corporation to admit to a massive data breach. EBay says that hackers hit its main database, which holds user account information like usernames, email addresses and passwords. EBay hasnt said how many passwords the hackers stole, but its asking all of its 128 million users to change their passwords immediately. The retailer released a statement saying that it would send an email with instructions to affected customers today.
