Mastering the Smokey Eye can be a bit tricky! There is super dramatic and then theres a bit more subtle. It really comes down to BLENDING, blending and some more blending! Have you seen how a flame smokes up? That is the concept behind the smokey eye. You are starting with the darkest color at the base or lid and then creating a gradient effect of smoke. Placing a dark chocolate brown after (overlapping) the black in the crease of the eye and then a soft pale brown overlapping past that brown. All the colors should blend together so you cant pin point where one color starts and another ends. Try it the next time you have dinner plans with the girls or a date night!
