Match Report: After beating Rainbow Serpant in the last round, SYG FC is fully confident taking on Gregseppi in the final round of group stage. A victory will secure the last spot in the semi final for seven young guys. Following the return of Hakeem, Coach Nhan Do decided to go back in goal and 4 outfield players consists of: Aung Du (aka Chestbrah), Henry Ma , Hidig Abdulle and Amirrulhakeem Mohamad (the Muslim drinker). They started the game very well, dominate every single aspects of the game. It did not take long for Henry to score the opening goal after just 4 mins. 2 mins after Latif with his skinny agile legs, dribbled past the whole team and score one of the best goal of season. Unfortunately, a huge blow for SYG when their captain was taken down by an aggressive white dude. He had to leave the field with 2 physios supporting him. Master Wong was the chosen one and cover in goal. Team morale was very low after the incidence but Chestbrah after scoring outside the field recently, he managed to put another goal for the SYG FC. Gregseppis players were frustrated and started to play kickboxing instead of football. Poor Huong Yu Seng was forced to fly in the air at least 3 times. After injecting morphine, the Captain decided to come back to the field for Yu Seng. He scored one of the most sneaky goal of all time. After first 20 mins, the score was 4-0. In the second half, SYG with their big lead decided to show off their skill and passing. Opponents felt very itchy in the eyes and went even harder in tackle. SYG decided to take out Latif and Henry to protect their fragile legs. Chestbrah with his big chest managed to contain not 1, not 2 but 3 white guys. All female fans screamed his name to get his attention. SYG also managed to score 5 more goals but concede 1 at full time. Latif was voted as MVP of the game. Best goal belongs to Nando with his 30 yards screamer shatter the net and left a big hole on the window at Curtin Stadium. Player rating: Henry MA: 2/5: only score 3 goals. Not good enuf for a team carrier Latif: 5/5: quick feet, composed and dictate the game. Hakeem: 4/5: One of his best performance so far with 3 goals. Solid defence Chestbrah: 4/5: Tanky as usual, but wasted too many chances Master Wong: 3.5/5 Kept clean sheet and managed to do a few good challenges. Nando: 4/5: Scored 2 goals with one of them was a left foot screamer from 30 yards out. Yu Seng:3.5/5 conceded 1 goal but very composed with ball.
