** Match Report ** FC HEANOR 8 - Jonty Farmer 0 ** 23/4/14 ** Manager Nick Menoonee Milne not only called for a comprehensive performance but also a message to be sent out to anyone else thinking about challenging for the title this season, as FC Heanor took on Jonty Farmer at their home pitch at Kilburn Welfare. His team did as they were told and spanked Jonty Farmer for 8 (and it could of been even more). In form winger Ryan Sharp was awarded a start after scoring in the cup semi final last week and did not disappoint and helped FC Heanor to a two nil lead in the first twenty minutes. As the confidence drained out of the opposition the Poyser brothers netting four times between them with Ashley Hargreaves and Stephen Guilor bagged the other two. This was a class performance with some great passing moves on the wings. The manager praised the team after the win which now makes them favourites to win the league. Unfortunately for the hapless Jonty Farmer they have to do it all over again next week as FC Heanor once again come calling due to having to play them again due to a winter cancellation back in December. This time FC Heanor will be looking to get into double figure and to extend their lead at the top of the table. In Nick Milne we trust.
