Meditation Guidance Your Meditation Guidance this week is to focus on expanding the power of Rebirthing Spiritual Comprehension, coupled with the physical energies of Inner-Peace for the self and all of humanity. I always suggest that you begin your meditation with some form of intent filled prayer. Then relax and begin to breathe deeply, inhaling through the nose and exhaling though the mouth. (Keep a light relaxed version of this breathing pattern throughout your meditation.) Next visualize White Light descending from heaven or from above. Permit the energy of the White Light to envelop you completely while allowing it to flow into the earth. Next, visualize your soul, heart and mind integrating the energies of the White Light together with expanding the power (strong thoughts and visualization) of Rebirthing Spiritual Comprehension, followed by the physical energies of Inner Peace for the self and all of humanity. Next, visualize integrating the colors of Indigo and Violet within the power (or thoughts) of Rebirthing Spiritual Comprehension. Then visualize integrating the color of Greenfor the physical energies of Inner-Peace. When you sense that the energy is well structured and ample, transmit it out in the appearance of Light or Energy from your whole being toward all of humanity, the self and cover the entire earth. When you feel or sense that you are connected, simply allow this energy process to flow throughout your entire meditation. Continue this procedure for at least thirty minutes each day. When you are finished, offer thanks to your Angels or Guides for their assistance. Close your meditation with several more deep breaths. Remember to begin your meditation with visualizing White Light and end with the same. Yours in Light & Hope, Rev. With good intent and consistency it will pay off beyond anything that you can imagine. This type of meditation works very well while listening to certain types of music, i.e. Sounds of Nature, Spiritual Music or the Om sound)
