Meet Daniel & Sabrina. We don’t know what their names were - TopicsExpress

Meet Daniel & Sabrina. We don’t know what their names were before, but that is just as well – these 2 were pulled from a crack house in Camden, NJ and it is difficult to know how much longer they would have survived. Words cannot describe how angry we are with the people that did this to these two precious doxies. They are paper thin and hospitalized for dehydration and starvation and have a long road back. We got lucky; neither has collapsed intestines, but you can count every rib, see directly into their hip points and see the fear and apprehension in their eyes. Many would say this is just a matter of a few good meals, but recovery from an emaciated state is a long and medically intense journey filled with steps forward and then back. It is so sad and our hearts break for them. Once again, we are reaching out for your support. We are hopeful that the level of abuse will slow down…soon. Meanwhile, how can we say no? These little ones are receiving blood work, hospital care, fluids and much, much more. They will essentially begin their recovery in the same place a puppy begins eating and work forward. Can you send them a gift of love? We will liberally apply the kisses and care when they are returned to our charge, but we need you to help make that difference. Your help and generous support is desperately needed and greatly appreciated. Like many non-profit organizations DRBC is a 501[c][3] operated solely by volunteers. We have been dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, re-homing and educating families about this breed for 31 years. We welcome and need your benevolent tax-deductible donation. Please, help us to help them.
