Meet Quincey Johnson, NLRACs new swim coach! When Quincey was a week old she took her first trip to the lake. Raised on the water, she learned to love all things aquatic at a young age.She joined the Dolphin-Laser swim team at the age of 7, honing her skills and deepening her passion for the sport. By the age of 9 she was helping at stroke camp and later coaching the younger age groups before her practice officially began with Coach Tay Stratton.Through swimming she has learned self awareness, discipline, and plenty of life lessons from her teammates and coaches along the way. Her main objective is to share her love of the sport with the kids she coaches, aid them in becoming well rounded individuals, and help them find joy in swimming as she has! Welcome Quincey!
