Meeting went very well. He wants to get me to be a certified black belt in six sigma and he wants me to get an MBA. He doesnt need any more approvals for me to be six sigma certified and he is going to start discussions with his management for the MBA :) He also told me that he and my boss see me as a de facto team lead in demo right now. Because I seem to be part of the 10% of people that see things from a top down perspective as opposed to the 90% who see things from a bottom up one. So yea ! It went well!
