The lake remain covered with white Snow and serve the purpose of cooler in the summer season for entire Bhadarwah. District Kathua &District Udhampur touch their boundaries with kailash Kund. There are four routes to reach Kailash Kund Via Latli Dhun to Sayoj and then Klaish kund. Billawar via Mashodi/Valley and then Kalish Kund Basholi/Bani to sarthal Via chatter Gala. The land and city is called Bhaderwah the little Kashmir. The need is to attract the tourist and create infrastructure.
