Melissa needs your help: What do you do when a parent opts her child out of product sales? I have one parent who refused to let her child do both the fall product and cookie sales this year. I dont find it fair for the troop to then cover her daughters expenses for field trips and activities we do. All the other girls worked hard to earn money for their troop and then one girl benefits without doing anything. Do I ask this parent to pay for all the trips her child goes on? Do I exclude the child from the fun activity we do with our cookie money? Not sure how to handle this...
