Job Dimension: Sales Accountabilities: Excellent - Job Responsibilities : • The role requires interaction with potential members, which may be face-to-face or over the telephone targeting to recruit new members. • Resolves members’ complaints making recommendations to management. • Regular Membership Database update & monitoring. • Responsible for communications with members. • Issue membership monthly reports. • workout report on the company’s Membership development plans and achievements • Report monthly the feedback & needs of members. • Recommend needed sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets. • Develop and maintain NGO image and reputation for the members Job purpose: • The purpose of the role is to recruit new members and keep retention of the valid members to keep growth of membership.
