Menu of the day 31.12.2014 Starter -Butternut squash soup served with roasted pine nuts, Pecorino Romano dop croutons and drops of 12 years old balsamic vinegar - Borlotti bean soup with herb seasoning and matera crutons finished with garda extra virgin olive oil - Sauteed queen scallops served on a pea veloute, san daniele dop ham and wild mushrooms MAIN -Pan fried Venison steak served with sweet red wine sauce sauteed spinach , beetroot and fondant potato - Mixed fish Risotto and samphire . -Pan fried pink duck breast and braised duck leg served with orange sauce , cauliflower puree and sauteed fennel carrots and pak choi -Pennoni pasta from Gragnano with duck ragout. Dessert Homemade lemon sorbet Artisan Ice cream ( Forest fruit , Vanilla , chocolate orange) served with chantilly sauce - Lemon tart served with vanilla custard .
