Merry Christmas everyone! A big week for the Crusaders with lots - TopicsExpress

Merry Christmas everyone! A big week for the Crusaders with lots of fundraising going on- a necessary thing when you specialize in advanced medical care for homeless pets! We thank each of you for the time spent to assist! Each animal has a right to its life and our goal is always to make that happen regardless of illness. We had one event this week that was stunning in its severity. CVHS called CC emergently to assist a young cat with a nearly severed hind leg and tail. The photos are horrific but am happy to report that the cat, now named Ellen is doing better post surgery. She remains hospitalized. If anyone cares to see the photos of her on intake- please email Jan at oskie1@aol and I will send them to you. Sometimes it takes moments of shock, to fully understand what animals suffer through while giving the best visual as to why we specialize in medical care for homeless animals~Thanks to each of you and have a wonderful Christmas. May you be blessed with the same hope and love that you give so willingly to the animals we serve. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC Activity log 12/14-12/20- Please note that this log does not account for individual board duties, projects or assistance from our members.
