Mesac Damas, accused of killing his wife and five children in 2009, has been found competent to proceed to trial after a brief hearing Wednesday morning. Three doctors who evaluated Damas were expected to testify Wednesday, including two who previously found Damas incompetent. But Damas’ lawyers, who have said their client hasn’t cooperated with them throughout the case, agreed Damas is once again competent. Read more: bit.ly/1s9UDyk
