Message from The CEO, Mr. Lawrence Dott, The McKenzie Institute International. McKenzie MDT Education in India The McKenzie MDT textbooks provide a solid theoretical background to MDT only. Attending a McKenzie MDT course provides Indian physiotherapists with the necessary clinical skills to effectively treat their patients. The courses include live patient treatment sessions where the patients firstly undergo a McKenzie assessment, followed by the appropriate MDT treatment. McKenzie MDT Education provided at courses teaches the Indian physiotherapists how to assess, treat, educate and empower patients with musculoskeletal disorders. It would be very difficult to obtain a high level of clinical competence by only reading the McKenzie textbooks as the sole reference of education for MDT. PLEASE NOTE: Only licensed McKenzie Institute International Faculty are permitted and have the required skills to present MDT education courses in India.
