Met my daughters water polo coach tonight. I am very impressed. She is mid 20s and more professional than many coaches twice her age. Very prepared. Handed out parental policies and a nice philosophy statement that I wont mind stealing for my coaches swipe file. I am proud of the girls though as they do not have a pool to work out. A waterpolo team with no water. In fact all four Torrance schools do not. The Plunge is being resurfaced and the city in their great wisdom opted for the Summers kiddie pool revenues over their high schoolss teams having a place to practice this Winter. So these teams are working out on dry land and then having to go compete against some of the best girls high school teams in the country. The coach is the right person for the job as she sees this as just an hurdle. You know when I get around a good coach I get pumped up. She gets it.I told Kaity she is lucky to have this lady. She said yah you would say that, she sounds like you. Girl has been listenin. Nice.
