Metamoris 3: Bravo vs. Gracie 2 featured a main event rematch between Eddie Bravo and Royler Gracie, over a decade after Bravo turned the jiu-jitsu world on its head with a shocking upset submission win over the previously unbeaten Gracie -- son of Helio Gracie -- at the Abu Dhabi Combat Club (ADCC) grappling tournament in 2003. Was it a fluke? Thats hard to say, seeing as how there was no clear winner in their City of Angels rematch, After 20 minutes of exciting back-and-forth action, Bravo vs. Gracie 2 was declared a draw. Gracie was top-heavy early, but Bravo weathered the storm and attacked the knee. He even busted out a few electric chairs. They continued to trade positions of strength and there was some jibber-jabber during a late restart, but once the action got back underway -- aside from a nasty calf slicer -- there just wasnt enough time on the clock to find the finish. Bravo looked impressive throughout and really came alive toward the end. Perhaps we need another go-round?
