Or will Mulcair hold onto his Quebec base, against the re-invigorated federal Liberal party led by local pretty boy, Trudeau? Sara and I then segued to the dramatic fall in the price of oil and its impact on Alberta and the other oil-producing provinces. And what about the have-not provinces like Ontario and Quebec?
