Modi wins the hearts of People of Japan----Love in Tokyo (Part Two)------------------------- Prime minister Modi , culminated his Japan visit at high note.Japan has pledeged to invest Rs 2.10 Lakh Crores over next five years which will be primarily towards developing Indias infrastructure especially in the segment of building smart cities,Delhi-Mumbai industrial project, etc. Japan has also committed to provide all technical, financial and operational support to commence Bullet Trains project in India .Both the sides have also forged pacts covering defense deals, health care ,women development and cleaning of Ganga .Considering Modi ji intention to make Varanasi , a Spiritual Capital of India, Japan has agreed to develop Varanasi on the pattern of Kyoto. Though the progress regarding nuclear deal could not be made due to some fastidious approach adopted by both the countries over additional guarantee which India was unwilling to offer. Modi ji has assured Japans Investors to erase their fears about red tapism in India.and promised to roll out red carpets for them.He further stated that India is the only place in the World where 3-D exists---Democracy, Demography and Demand..He is a person of different shades,His penchant to glorify Indias rich culture was quite evident , when he gifted the Philosophical Text Bhagavad Gita to their Emperor., citing that the holy book is the most valuable for the entire World. Modi ji perhaps wants to evoke contest between Japan and China since both nations see India as a huge Infrastructure potential which could lift their domestic economies especially in the case of Japan. In a way India can also put a tab .on Chinas supremacy in the working of B R I C s Bank. Both Japan and China believe that Modi is an incisive leader who can really deliver on his promises. As far as Japan is mattered , they intend to play smart cards with India obliquely to counter attack China since anti-China feelings is growing more under their present regime .India evokes less fear than China to Japan , militarily and economically. Politically , too India falls in the same club since both are robust democracies of the World. Surely a new beginning has been made--
