Mom: Doesnt it bother you that you & your mother-in-law & some of his family dont get along with you? Me: No, not really. I actually dont care if they like me or not. Mom: Then why are you with Oobi if you dont have a strong bond with his family? Me : I fell in love with him, not his family. All that matters is that our family we made has a strong bond. Mom: But dont you wish you & his mom were close...like mother & daughter? Me: Sometimes I wish we were close, but its not meant to be. Plus, youre my mommy. I dont need someone else to be like a mom or me a daughter to them. (My mom had the hugest smile on her face. ♡)
