Her children need a safe place to stay while Mom finds stable housing and employment (this is not a real scenario but an example of the types of calls SAFE FAMILIES FOR CHILDREN receive each week). Brighten a childs Christmas this year by becoming a Host Family. Host families may host children for a few days, weeks, or even months (ages 0-18) for parents who may be homeless, hospitalized, incarcerated, or other crisis? With SFFC there is no state involvement and parents remain in custody of their children. All families are fully screened.
