Monday 8/25/14 Update Bryan had a very good nite last night. He is somewhat more coherent and can respond. He is mouthing words as well as expressing his frustrations. (Insert expletives) Ill take em! He really wants to get up out of the bed and I feel sure that it will happen soon. He tires from trying to pull up and slept well this afternoon. He is completely off of the ventilator and breathing very well on his own. They will doing some speech evaluation/throat/swallowing to assess him. I feel confident they will get an earful if they dont let him sit up. Overall, marked improvement. He continues to get stronger and a little more coherent each day. Please continue to pray for his recovery. We appreciate them more than you know. It is evident that the prayers are working! Thanks!!
