Monday I will be leaving #WellsFargo. Yesterday I found out someone had stolen money out of my main account by purchasing a cashier check. I went to the bank yesterday and was told the issue was resolved...NOT SO, and to top it off Guess what?!??! It happened ALL OVER AGAIN TODAY! Not worried about the person who keeps doing this... but my concern is with the company! I had the WORST customer service experience with the claims office. They were mean, unsympathetic, and seemed very poorly trained (or they just didnt want to help me). They said oh itll take like 10 days to get your money back... Bank of America customers told me they get theirs back the same day. Its not like I need the money, but its the principle... What if I did? What if I was stranded in India or something, and had nothing? What if? Im not a fan of any place with horrible customer service, especially not when it comes to my hard earned money. #BOA here I come!
