Monday, March 10, 2014 Just a reminder to all band students, you need to report to band for 1st hour tomorrow for band rehearsal. Luminaria Challenge!! The Middle School Student that sells the most luminarias for Field Day for Life will win (2) Frankenmuth Adventure Park passes! These passes are valued at $43.00 a piece and will be good any day at the adventure park in Frankenmuth this summer. See Mrs. Rittenberg to check out luminarias. The cost is $5.00 per luminaria in honor or memory of a loved one. Hurrrrry while supplies last! The challenge starts TODAY and last through the Friday, March14th!!!!!!!! Remember Field Day for Life wristbands are on sale now during your lunch hour! Celebrate, Remember, Fight Back!!!!!! Any 8th grade girl that is interested in cheering for football season next year, tryouts will start TODAY, Mar. 10, 11, 13 from 6:00-8:00 at Townsend North. For those of you questioning about the Fun Night’s and whether you have had suspension, just because you were sent to RTC doesn’t mean it was a suspension, make sure you see Mrs. Legue to check these. Also, these trips are scheduled for AFTER school, they will not be during school hours. This Friday, March 14th, the 6th graders will be going bowling at Brentwood in Caro for their Fun Night! Cost is $8.00, this includes bowling, shoe rental and transportation. Extra spending money will be needed for food and arcade games. Most kids eat dinner there, so make sure that you have enough money. Permission slips and money need to be turned into the office by Thursday, March 13th. On Friday, March 21st, the 7th graders will be going roller skating at Metro Skate in Bay City for their Fun Night! Cost is $8.00, this includes skating, skate rental and transportation. Extra spending money will be needed for food and arcade games. Laser Tag is also available at $2.50 a game. Inline skates in good condition may be used if you’d like to bring your own skates. Permission slips and money need to be turned in by Thursday, Mar. 20. Don’t forget to turn in your yearbook order forms! Soft cover books are $20.00, hard cover books are $25.00.
