Morality is a side effect of community, do unto each other, It is by morality that we decide if unasked for thoughts/feelings/instinctual-reactions are correct and proper and therefore a part of us or a demon from us that must be excised. I would postulate then that the difference between a good man and a bad one in the eyes of the unwashed mob; Is not that one has demons, it is that one will always keep those demons inside and under control. Where as the other may not manage to, try or not as he might he will be judged by the success of his control attempts, not the virtuous intent/lack-of-intent to control. Morality is at the same time subjective and broadly intepreted
