More Buns and Legs: 1⃣Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold your hands out in front of you for balance. 2⃣ squat as far as you can, keeping your weight back in your heels. 3⃣ Then come back up and lift the left leg out to the side, squeezing the outer glute. 4⃣ repeat step 1 and 2 and then lift your right leg. After doing both sides equals 1 rep. do 3-5 sets of 15 reps. the lower you squat the harder it is. make sure your knee never goes over the toes!!!!
