More wise words from Mavis Mcduff There will not just be one rig at Borras, the whole landscape will be dotted with drill holes. They only have a life of 4 years at most, some only produce gas for 1 year or 2 and then they move their rigs to the next spot in a grid pattern. They will drill for miles around in they are given the chance. Every well fails in the end. Many fail in production and after they are abandoned they all fail within 30 years, leaching their deadly poisonous chemicals into the ground water. They have no idea what they are doing, the ground will be riddled with tunnels and cavities, they are drilling on fault lines, they cannot possibly know what they will encounter underground and quite honestly they dont care, they only care for their profits. They care not about our health and well being and will leave carnage behind. It has now been discovered that they have polluted the ground water at Barton Moss and I wouldnt be surprised if they havent already polluted the water at West Newton too, they have had so many problems there and are abandoning the bore hole and are now talking of drilling West Newton B, up there in East Yorkshire. So the first operation caused an earthquake at the Fylde and the third at Barton Moss has caused water pollution and the fourth at west newton has noxious gases escaping. They want to drill thousands of holes across 65% of the country, it doesnt bode well imao. Fracking is stoppable and must be stopped at all costs.
