Mormonism is weird. Its people are weird (sorry BYU stereotypes), - TopicsExpress

Mormonism is weird. Its people are weird (sorry BYU stereotypes), and some of the cultural quirks are weird. But the foundation of this odd little religion is the Book of Mormon, of which one of our leaders bears testimony in the video below. I want it absolutely clear when I stand before the judgment bar of God that I declared to the world, in the most straightforward language I could summon, that the Book of Mormon is true, that it came forth the way Joseph said it came forth and was given to bring happiness and hope to the faithful in the travail of the latter days. I echo Elder Hollands sentiments. And though I usually dont post religious items (consider this a break from the provocative political controversy guys), I felt this video is important for all to see. So dig a little deeper than the superficial analysis, the anecdotes youve heard or whats been depicted on tv... go beyond the headlines and straight to the cornerstone of the entirety of this church: The Book of Mormon. THAT is where Ive found the truth of this religion, and that is what keeps me in. I believe others will too.
