Morning morning , today is the day colin arrives later , will be hot in the uk today folks 30c plus , best advice i can offer is stay out the sun between 11 and 3 this is when it peaks and you will burn even with sun cream if your not used to it , to all my friends with dogs and cats try to make sure your animal has fresh cold water in the shade somewhere , especially friends with pugs and flat nose dogs , always keep curtains shut in one room and windows shut to keep a cool room for your dogs and yourself of course to cool of if possible with a fan , plenty of rehydration with water oh and smile its here summer is beaming down on the uk , here in spain its a bit hotter 39c it says but this valley has wind shelter with mountain cover and will peak at 42c i hope colin is ready for the heat for two weeks as its not going away , have a great weekend folks Dont forget elderly friends neighbours or family they may not know its going to get that hot but it is
