Morrisons Complaint Just received this message from a reader. It is a copy of a complaint they have sent to Morrisons regarding the behaviour of their staff earlier today. Have you experienced anything like this? It is with great disappointment that I write this complaint. Today, Monday 25th August at around 16:25 I was in your Hillmore Way, Tamworth store, having just paid for a non insignificant amount of shopping. Whilst walking past the end checkout the cashier said, clearly and in a raised voice bye shitface. Shocked I turned around to see another member of staff (who was in uniform but appeared to be finishing her shift) walking past the checkout. This second member of staff said ya what? to the cashier and the cashier repeated what she said. The second member of staff then said Yeah see ya shitface. Being with my wife and young child at the time I was appalled by this language. I appreciate it is an unfortunate sign of the times that whilst out and about we have to put up with foul language but you dont expect it from staff in a supermarket, particularly one which prides itself on being family run and orientated.
