Most of the things I read that are based on or in a secular framework of spirituality are not very close to the teachings of Christ. For the most part, these 10 notes are straightly in line with the logic of Jesus, the Christs teaching. The one that really points out a large problem in the Christian community, is the one that explains ashrams syndrome in easy to understand reading. Some thought that came to me in the past few days in my meditation and prayer time, is definitely a large part of many problems Christians create. If we have to tell those around us, that we are a Christian for them to know that about us, we most probably arent very Christ-like. Our actions and words should become as such, that people readily see an image of us by those actions and words, that is easily recognizable that we are set apart from this world, and its pursuit of physical addiction to pleasure and notoriety.
